What to Wear:
In the winter
Layers of quick drying material. Even if the weather is cold you will warm up quickly and may want to take some layers off.
Wear bottom layers such as polyester and fleece and wear a light rain jacket and pants on colder days. Don't wear cotton as it won't dry quickly, gets heavy and will make you cold. You may also want to wear neoprene type booties or shoes and gloves. We provide life vests.

In the summer
shorts, tank tops, swimsuits, hats, sunglasses, SUNSCREEN!

All Seasons
A good attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn!

What to Bring:
Yourself, H20, a friend if you like, a towel---this is a watersport; you will get wet!

What to Expect:
A group of people who love this sport and want to share it with others. This is a team sport so you will be coached often! There is a lot to learn at first. You will have fun, but at times you may feel frustrated---we've all been there and we are all still learning. Listen to your coaches and you will be better and it will get easier every time you come out.
